As life is getting busy, forward bends become more and more valuable. learn how to open and integrate your hips to feel peaceful, connected and refreshed in forward bending practice.
We'll focus on the hips and groins, mobilizing and stabilizing.
A tree with strong roots grows, expands and flowers. When you learn to support, stabilize and mobilize yourself from your root, the muladhara chakra region, you will feel strong, light and free. Michelle will lead you through a sequence that will reveal how you can use the external muscles of the hips and pelvis and integrate the more subtle actions of the pelvic floor to find an empowered, stable fluidity.
